From Humble Beginnings
In 1966 plans began for the Manchester Municipal Housing Project, which would be built on a small plot of farmland within the city limits. Construction on several of the buildings was finalized early in 1967 and within the year the first tenants of what is now known as the Housing Authority of Manchester would be calling them their home. These people would plant the seeds on that small plot of farmland in hopes that they could grow a community.

To this day we strive to serve this community in every way we can. The people you find working and living here will be much like yourself. Normal everyday people. We invite you to come join us and become our neighbor. With everyone helping each other we can continue to grow, bettering our lives, and our community.
